Dental Missions

These photos represent past dental mission projects in various countries including Guatemala, Roatan, and Africa.

This glimpse shows a variety of dental procedures that help alleviate the suffering of people in third world countries. The faces you see are those of the people who have answered God’s call to minister to the least of these.

You can become a vital part of this work by partnering with us in prayer and financial support.

Honduras
Dental mission Honduras

Another successful trip in Honduras with Hearts in Motion. This was our first opportunity to include dental sealants in the fluoride varnish program. Our hope is to continue and expand the dental sealant program in 2009.

Guatemala
Dental mission Guatemala

Another amazing trip with HIM (Hearts in Motion) to Guatemala. I was part of an extensive plastic surgery team, a medical team and a dental team. We were able to bring the fluoride varnish program to over 800 kids.

It is impossible to capture on camera the joy that I saw on the faces of the people.

Roatan
Dental mission Dental mission Roatan

I was part of an amazing Hearts in Motion (HIM) team that traveled to Roatan, Honduras in September. This was my 12th dental mission trip and my first experience with Hearts in Motion.

While I knew no one on the team and was the only dental person, I knew God had called me to go.

Nigeria
Dental mission Nigeria

The July 2007 mission trip to the Rafiki Village Orphanage in Jos, Nigeria, West Africa focused on providing preventive dental care for the orphans and National Staff at the Rafiki Village.
